Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting the development of Project: Delirium. Because I am an independent developer and not a major corporation, all physical items (desk mats, posters) are made-to-order.

Fulfillment & Shipping Times:

  • Production: It takes 2 to 4 business days to print, stitch, and quality-check your order before it ships out.

  • Shipping: Once handed off to the carrier, standard domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days.

  • Note: You will automatically receive a tracking number via email the moment your order is boxed and labeled.

Returns & Replacements: Because these items are made-to-order to fund the game's server and development costs, I cannot accept standard returns for buyer's remorse or wrong size selection. Please double-check your desk measurements before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, that is on me. Email me within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and I will issue a free replacement immediately. You do not need to ship the defective item back.

HE BOND) All Zero-Day Bonds (Digital Steam/Itch.io keys + Discord Clearance) are deployed via automated script immediately upon payment verification. Check your primary comms (email) inbox—and the "spam" quarantine—for your encrypted access link.

II. PHYSICAL ASSETS (THE HARDWARE)

  • Deployment Zone: Currently limited to United States (Domestic).

  • Lead Time: Assets are dispatched from the warehouse within 2–4 business days. As a solo developer, I oversee fulfillment audits personally between coding sprints.

  • Carrier: Standard ground transit. Once the hardware leaves the station, a tracking manifest will be pushed to your email.

III. THE FAIR TRADE GUARANTEE

  • Damaged Assets: If your hardware arrives with manufacturing defects (frayed edges, print errors), contact support immediately. We will deploy a replacement asset at no cost.

  • The Digital Clause: Because the Zero-Day Bond is a digital asset deployed instantly, physical hardware returns are only accepted for unopened/defective items. Once the code is claimed, the trade is finalized.

IV. STATUS: BATCH 01 ACTIVE Deployment is currently limited to the first 500 units. Once the ledger is exhausted, logistics will pause until the next manufacturing window.
